On the dry-type DCT transmissions of the Ceed, Sportage, and Rio, you may notice judder and shudder when pulling away at low speed, along with a clutch overheating warning. We resolve this with mechatronic adaptation and clutch control.
On turbo petrol T-GDI engines, a noisy timing chain tensioner and increased oil consumption are common complaints. Early intervention with a chain set and piston ring inspection is important.
